Whether it’s a few pounds (or more), there are good reasons for dropping those extra pounds. It’s not just a matter of being a size smaller. It’s protecting your health from the risks that come with being too heavy—and from going on diet after diet, only to gain weight back.
- Think positive – You can do it!!! You can lose weight!!! You can be healthy!!!
- Use reverse diet – whatever you like to eat for dinner, please consume it for lunch or breakfast with smaller portion so you won’t fall asleep at work.
- Please eat breakfast within the first hour of waking up. Eat some carbohydrates earlier in the day to give you more energy throughout the day. Carbohydrates will not make you not to lose weight. The key is during the day.
- Even though you’re not hungry, please consume a small amount of food each meal about 4-6 times a day. Do not skip meal because you will lose muscle and slow down your metabolism.
